CAN WE CLAIM 100% CREDIT ON SERVICE TAX PAYABLE TO THE GOVERNMENT.

Hi,
Service tax credit is available for teh tax paid on Input Services and it can be availed 100% subject to certain conditions on the nature of Input Service and maintenance of books etc.

Interest for delay is 13% per annum
