30 June 2009 CAN WE CLAIM 100% CREDIT ON SERVICE TAX PAYABLE TO THE GOVERNMENT.

WHAT IS THE RATE OF INTEREST FOR DELAY IN STAX.

Service tax credit is available for teh tax paid on Input Services and it can be availed 100% subject to certain conditions on the nature of Input Service and maintenance of books etc.

Interest for delay is 13% per annum
