Dear all
i am service provider under RCM. but my turnover is below 900000/-.
my Query, am i liable to charge ST being under RCM.

Dear Sir,
Any service provider do get Rs.10 lacs as threshold limit exemption and hence need not register or pay tax.
If you are a service recipient under RCM you are liable to discharge service tax. Please tell us under what category you are coming.
