13 September 2013 In relation to the Outdoor catering services;if the service provider provides Packaged food packets i.e packets of Biscuits or packets of snacks etc...then whether Service tax is applicable leviable on the same?????

14 September 2013 ST is charged on total invoice amount after (net of abatement).
packed foods is an integral part of service and hence will be included in bill for levying of ST
