service charges 1000

total amt reimbursed 11000

My question is whether service tax has to be charged on Rs. 1000 or 11000

10 May 2013 If you are acting as a pure agent while incurring expenses on behalf of client, then s.tax should be charged on only 1000.
If not, then on total amount 11000.
