I AM A SERVICE PROVIDER (PROPRITER) PROVIDING RENT a cab services.. so should i can obtain for 100% abandment or need to pay 40% of taxable value as service tax

If your turnover exceeds 10 lacs then you are liable under Service Tax otherwise NO. How can you avail abatement only the input credit which you are to adjust is on payment made by you for ST is to be adjusted.
