Dear Sir
Please suggest what will be the treatment of service tax under the annual maintenance contract between Ltd com and a proprietor in that case what will be the service tax Liab for both the parties if the service provider is proprietor.

If service Tax provider is Limited company then charge 100% service Tax and pay to govt.
