23 October 2012 By virtue of Notification no. 47/2012 issued by CBEC, the service tax return for all the assesses should be filed by 25-Nov-2012 and the period for this return shall include the details for Qtr 1 only,
IN nutshell, this time the return needs to be filed for Qtr 1 only
