If an individual getting commerical rent from letting his shop shall he/ she attract service tax .. .

Service Tax on renting of commercial space is under dispute.
The Delhi high court has struck down the levy of service tax on commercial property rentals.
Somebody is collecting ST and depositing the same and somebody is waiting for Superme court deceision on the same.
