Can anyone help me out on the rate to be charged for an individual who transports briquette ash from factory???

Its 12.36% only right.......

04 September 2013 Tax when consignment note issued. Simple transport of goods service (without issue of consignment note) is not a GTA service and hence service tax not applicable as it is included in negative list

Tax on 25% if GTA does not avail Cenvat Credit – Hence service receiver should get certificate from him that he has not availed Cenvat credit.
