what is vat & Service Tax % in Construciton industry in f.y. 2010-11 plz reply immediately

vat depends on state laws abatement etc.
and service tax:
Gross Value X 30% X 12.36%
For residential unit having carpet area more than 2000 square feet or where the amount charged is more than rupees one crore (because both condition not satisfied)
Commercial property
(Notification No. 09/2013-ST dated 8th May, 2013)
IN OTHER THAN ABOVE CASE:
Gross Value X 25% X 12.36%
and service tax:
Gross Value X 30% X 12.36%
