If we claimed Service tax credit in ER 1 and forget to take that credit in Service tax return.is it allowed? can we claim service tax credit in ER1, IN ABOVE CASE?

Yes in fact the eligibility of ST credits for the manufacturer is wider than for service provider as per the definition.
