Dear, Is the Service Tax is applicable wef 01.04.2013 for Pizza Outlets with A/c. (here pizzas are baked and served to customers, with sit and dine facility), Pizzas, Bread based items, Ice creams, Soft Drinks are sold . Please kindly tell under which category it covers and what is rate of Service Tax is applicable. Service Tax to be added in the Bill before or after the VAT. With thanks.

It is to be taken on Composite scheme and both VAT and ST is payable as you do not have the proper documents for purchase of Ingridiance for making bread or piza base
