i m doing mining Excavation/ drilling and removal of the overburdens through machine tipper loader & tractor. so please tell me this service under cover which services & notification.

19 May 2013 if you providing these on rent/hire then...
service no . 102 "supply of intangible goods"
if you using them for site formation and earth moving etc kind of work then..
service no. 95 "Site formation and clearance, excavation, earth moving and demolition services"

20 May 2013 if we are deposit service tax amount wrongly service name then what effect our service tax return

20 May 2013 nothing, just change it now after writing an application that mistakenly classification was wrong made, though service ta correctly paid of equal value. then amend your st2.
