17 June 2014 i want to know that in contract 97% labour and only 3% material than it should be works contract? if no then how i can prove legaly.

17 June 2014 The classification of service will depends on nature of service provided. If it immaterial on composition of material and labour component.

17 June 2014 Actuly problem is cliant supply some nominal material and use classification say works contract ,,we charge full rate 12.36% but they not aggre with our classification and matter in court there is any notification or circular?
