Sequence of allotement of share

13 May 2011 let me know the sequence of allotment of share from share application money of a private limited company. Suppose company get share application money twice times. Can company allot share from share application money received at second time keeping pending allotment from first time received share application money.

14 May 2011 if any excess money is received by the company it only can adjust against the call money or returned to the person within the prescribed time or with interest after the prescribe time. But in case of private company if AOA permit it can allot another share for that money.
