A person age on 31st march 2012, 60 year 10 month 30 days, whether he will senior citizen for the financial year 2011-12. & entitled to Minimum exemption Rs. 250000/-.

Definitely he will be entitled to all the benefit of income tax act 1961 for the F-Y.Even if date of birth falls on 31st march it will not make a difference.
