my uncle birthday on 23 march and now he complete his 65 year on 23 narch 2009.
his itr will file as senior cityzen or not if no pls describe rule also.

a person who attained age of 65 year even for one day during teh P.Y, will be treated as senior citizen for the assessment year relevant to the previous year
