Dear All,
pls carify.
1. We are a manufactuer and like to sell to a dealers. what is the rate we have to charge to the dealers either 5% or 14.50%
2. is it possible to tax at 5% to a delaer getting any delcaration.
3. kindly provide me the VAT declaration form for charging 5% to the manufactuers.

The rate of tax is depending on the commodity. In your query, you have not mentioned about the product manufactured by you. We are ready to provide the answer after getting your reply. Declaration is necessary in case you manufacture any capital goods for the buyer dealer.
