25 April 2013 My Services is of Selling Space or Time for Advertisement.

For Service Tax Return (July 2012 to September 2012), which Notification no. with Serial No. should be used for filing the Service Tax return?

25 April 2013 There is no notification for the same.....these are non-taxable by virtue of Negative list(section 66D)

25 April 2013 but how one is supposed to file the return for this (Selling of space or time for advertisement) service then, if there is no proper notification no.?

Do I have to mention the section 66D somewhere to claim exemption? If yes, Please specify.

25 April 2013 you are not supposed to file return if you are providing only the aforesaid service(which is not taxable at all).
