The user is looking for advice on how to sell their small company, incorporated in 1997, with a paid-up capital of 13.5 lakhs. The company has a carried forward loss of approximately 3 lakhs due to administrative expenses and depreciation, but owes no money to anyone. Despite the loss, it can still trade with Cochin stock brokers, and the buyer could potentially utilise the carried forward loss over time.
