12 September 2015 I have filled ITR 4S for the Assessment year 2014-15 on 15th Sep'2014 u/s 44AD of labour contract work.I have received the refund amount in this year .Now , i have received a notice from the Income Tax Department for Selected Under Computer Assisted Scrutiny Selection (CASS). Can anyone please help me what to do now???

12 September 2015 Go and appear before the AO on the appointed date with all the documents and bank statements based on which return has been filed. Contract agreements and copies of invoices raised may be required.

14 November 2015 I have a quarry about exemption of labour component in VAT return.In Meghalaya VAT Act 2003 it is written that labour,Service and other like charges will be deducted from the Gross Turnover as exempted sales .But no clarification is given about the name of the expenses .Can anyone clarify the name of the expenses which can be claimed as exempted as labour ,service and other like charges . I need some supporting documents also against this to certify the same.
