10 June 2012 Notification No. 27/2012 CE rescinds notification No. 18/2012 dated 17.3.2102 including other notifications.

The Budget has passed escent of parliament on 30.5.2012 and the propsals made in Budget will be now becomes Rules under the respcetive provisions of Finance Act, Central Excise Act. Thus Notification No. 18/2012 is nulify by way of accepting budget proposals made by Finance Minister. Hence required to resincds notifiations.
