pls help on topic. we have provided security to some Resident Welfare Societies, we have charged GST on our bills, (Welfare society have NO GST Number) Now one client says that the Welfare societies are exempted from Tax. is it worth? ,

pls explain in detail.

09 April 2018 Services provided by RWA to its members are exempted with a threshold and some restrictions. The supplies of goods and services made of RWA are not exempted and you are right in raising invoice on RWA with GST
