Security deposit received from tenants treatment

04 November 2014 Dear Team,
Security Deposit received from tenants at the time of initial AGREEMENT what will be treatment Latter on, say at the time of Receiving we just shown as LAibility and while making the payment same will be adjusted in Security Deposit account.
Now the Question Arises weather thesame will be conisered in cash flow or not as the money came in and same has been hold as Liability and repaid
Please advise.
