i want to ask that, is it important to write sections in the paper of tax ipcc. what if i write only a few ones ?

Quoting sections will fetch you better marks. So its always advisable to answer with sectional reference wherever possible. But quote section only if are sure. Also try to give case law reference wherever required.
To remember case law and section it is important to make a summary note of what you study. It will also help you to revise.
