hai everybody,
i am a final student , i wanted to know
is it necessary to remember section numbers and case laws in CLSP and DT and IDT.
Do we lose any marks if we do not quote the section numbers
please help.

Its not necessary but to get gud marks always mention sctions and case laws but if you are not sure about it dnt mention it otherwise u can loose some marks for wrong section or case law
