i m in audit of one listed pub. ltd. company. The co. has made donation app. exceeding 120000 in year to different clubs, societies etc.
what r the provision affecting this?

One of the compliance you can audit from the provisions as per Sec 293 (1)(e) of the Companies Act for limits of such donations.
