20 May 2010 Can I take an housing project now and claim for deduction under section 80 IB ? Will I be eligible for the deduction ?

21 May 2010 If an assessee has developed a housing project, wherein the majority of the residential units has a built-up area of less than 1500 sq.ft.

In that case only you will be eligible for the deduction Under Sec 80 IB 10
