16 February 2013 I own a residential property which is self occupied and have recently sold 1 long term asset (office premise) in Apr 12.

Can i invest in residential property to get exemption u/s 54 F ?

Also, since 6 months have already elapsed, can i invest in specified bonds and claim exemption u/s 54 EA

17 February 2013 54EA is the thing of the past.
.
Duration given in the new section 54EC, has also passed.
.
54F is available. For full exemption invest entire sales consideration received on sale of office.
