Whether provision of section 44AD will be applicable to those persons who frequently doing shares transactions

Shares transactions is a different thing than a business. In case of shares transactions being considered as business, then section 44AD is not applicable.
In case share trading is not considered as business, then these shall not part form of Profits and Gains of Business and Profession. So not to be considered for as business u/s 44AD.
