03 July 2015 Hello Friends I want to know that if one person has income from capital gain, professional fees received and some business from sale of goods too then if that person want to taxes his business income from sale of good under section 44AD then which ITR he should file?

04 July 2015 what sort of professional income? if covered under 44AA, then you cannot offer any income under section 44AD

Actually he has received professional fees from web developer consultancy services.he also started some business which is eligible for 44AD business. For both the income, I mean income from profession and from business, he has not maintain any book for both business. I know that ITR4 will be applicable but I am just curious to know that what are the chances are there that this case will go for scrutiny??? As for 44AD no books required but for profession business no books are maintain.
