Dear Sir,
Please give answer practically to my under given query.
One of our client have T/o of 91 Lacs in the business of construction.
Actual profit before interest & remuneration can be 30 lacs.
Now if i do take 8% u/s 44AD & burn my books.
Is there anything wrong , practically doing the same ?

there is nothing wrong in this.....you can take profit at 8%...
