Section 40A(3) Cash payament exceeding 20,000

Hi.. Could any one let me know whether the cash limit is up to 20,000 or it has increased to 35,000 in 2010. Please forward supporting material for that.

only in case of payment to transporter, limit was 35,000/- w.e.f. 01.10.2009.
