If an assessee paid freight to a party in a single day Rs. 35000/- each against 4 nos. of truck (i.e. Rs.140000/-)then is it disallowed by the assessing officer.

I believe you want to say that all this payment was made to a single party on a single day, then yes it shall be disallowed under 40A(3).
