19 July 2013 When any payment made by partner on behalf of the firm in which he is a partner for any expense or payment to creditor and after that firm reimbursed that payment to partner who made payment on behalf firm. I want to know whether that payment made by firm to partner will come under section 40(a)(2)(b) and whether it will be shown in 3CD.

20 July 2013 When the assessee makes a reimbursement to the related person it does not amount to payment to a related person hence need not be shown in Form 3CD.
