What is main difference between section 372 and section 372A of Companies Act?

Hi,
Main difference between section 370 and 372A is that--- section 370 is inoperative now while section 372A is fully active.
So do not waste your time on section 370 and fully understand section 372A.

sec. 372A inserted instead of sec 372 wef 31/10/1998.
so 372A is related now
so 372A is related now
