According to companies Act 1956, who are the parties covered in registered maintained under section 301
17 April 2010
301(3) register covers all the relatives of director as per Schedule 1A, any Company in which director is a director or member, partnership or HUF of which director is partner.
While 301(1) register covers any contract or agreement or any other transaction with parties stated in 301(3) register and Sec 297
