02 June 2013 If a director of reliance fails to pay the call of vodafone company then he can vacate the office or not?

02 June 2013 sorry prashanth sir,
but i got my answer,as per companies act 1956 section 274 disqualification for appointment as a director and section 283 vacation of office both are says same thing about this clause as per Companies act 1956 section 274 says :-
if he fails to pay any call in respect of shares of the company held by him, whether alone or jointly with others, within
six months from the last date fixed for the payment of the call & same Language use in section 283. so that means if he did not pay call on shares of any company then he can vacate the office.
