15 February 2011 Please can anyone advise, Form DDA as prescribed u/s 274 (1) (g) be signed out of the board meeting or do we need to include it in the agenda of the board meeting.

15 February 2011 Date of Form DDA should be the date on which the person is appointed as a Director of the Public Limited Company. Can be signed at the Board Meeting or outside the Board Meeting, this should not be an issue.

No need to make this a part of the agenda of the BM.
