Dear Sir
My client had received notice u/s.271 (1) c along with Assessement order for A.Y.2009-2010,in the month of sept.2011, I had allready submitted reply against notice u/s.271 (1) c, then after I had submitted second time reply in the sept.end 2011, at present the assessing officer is changed and new a.o. has dispatch fresh notice u/s. 271 (1) c, now what i want to do ? please guide me.
