WHETHER UNSECURED LOAN TAKEN FROM NBFC WOULD BE GIVEN IN SECTION 269 SS OR 269ST IF ACCEPTED OR REPAID DURING THE YEAR ,PLEASE ALSO SPECIFY ANY SPPORTING NOTIFICATION IF ANY..

If the loan has been accepted in cash and/or repaid in cash, then Section 269SS and Section 269T are attracted and accordingly such details will have to be disclosed in Form 3CD.
If acceptance and repayment is NOT by way of cash, then no disclosure is required.
