Please clarify the Pre Construction or post construction period for example one person get the possession on 31.03.2012 in this what is pre construction period.

Pre construction period is the period upto the end of previous financial year of the financial year in which the house is completed or taken the possession
From 01.04.2011 the interest is post construction period interest

Please suggest that from 01.04.2011 to 31.03.2012 we can give full rabte for interest upto 150000.00 alongwith HRA.
