dear sir,
in 26 as i see a.y2013-14 194d tds part A tds deducted by lic. i have not fillig return how to claim tds amount . i have not other income. if i filled return which process do ? how ?

Dear
to claim refund of TDS it is compulsory to file ITR otherwise you can not claim refund of TDS.
Also now you can not file ITR for AY 2013-2014 as the same is now time barred.
Your refund is now gone.

You have not filed income tax return within the time limit for AY 2013-14, now you can not file return. For Same period do you will not be able to claim TDS.
