15 April 2013 i rec a msg from income tax dep saying order u/s 143(1) will be sent to email id.but yet i havent rec any mail.please help me in this....

15 April 2013 Don't worry you can re-get it by placing the request at www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in so please go to such site and login into your account and at the my account option there is option of request for intimation of 143(1)/154(1) so use that option and place the request to get it.

However to receive 143(1) intimation in the mail it takes 15 days or more from the date of receipt of message to Phone(mobile). so if you received message to phone by more than one month ago then place the request what you said above otherwise wait for some days.

16 May 2013 That means the system doesn't send you the intimation of 143(1). and as per the system records the process completed and pending for issue of 143(1) intimation so you are receiving the same. Till getting of form 143(1) intimation you will receive the message periodically. However you can may place a request for it at www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in. So login into that with your pan no and then place a request under my account option. If as per the system 143(1) intimation generated then it will accept otherwise shows a message of There is no such intimation order for such assessment year. that means it yet to be generate by the system. However immediately after generation of 143(1) intimation it will sent to our mail id.
