26 January 2014 If any Govt. employee's form 16 represent that the TDS deducted for the previous year and certified by head of the department. On the base of form 16 (with reference of 26 AS from the TRACES site calculating same figure of TDS for the given period) return has filed. But in the Intimation u/s 143(1) department calculated different amount of TDS which is lower than the client claimed and issued a deemed along with Intimation. Any suggestion .. For further clearance please advice. Happy 65th Republic Day.

26 January 2014 File 154(1) rectification request, Some times for any reason CPC may get wrong information and process. So file 154(1) rectification request.

26 January 2014 Dear Sagar

Kindly file rectification u/s 154 of the Income tax act. Kindly check weather the gross total income and taxable income as per his returns. In case difference is there checkout the income. In acse ll are same then file the rectification u/s 154 by filling all the correct details in XML file.
