Secondment of articleship ??

11 October 2014 I'm ipcc passed student and have registered for articleship in a newly setup firm in march, 2014 and now it is almost 7 months completed of my articleship. My employer is a fresher and so he is allowing me to send me on secondment or also to terminate and join a big firm...

I'm from kerala and want to join firms in mumbai, delhi.....

Please suggest me as to what to do next....

1. If i go for secondment say to Mumbai, I can only serve for 11 months under a single employer right ?? In that case will take me just for 11 months...??
and one more thing can i do secondment articleship say under secondemt under 2 or 3 employers for the next period,,,,, please guide me here.... is that practical and possible...

2. Or should I go for termination and join any other firm in mumbai for rest 2.5 years.... Please suggest me....

11 October 2014 1, maximum period of secondment under one CA shall be six months with overall limit on secondment being 1 year including industrial training.

2. preferably go for termination.

and now if i take the option of termination atleast 20- 30 days will be lost of my articleship right due to termination procedure...

will it delay my ca finals attempt....

please clarify...

11 October 2014 how so? you are in first year of articleship. submit 109 and 102/103 together...without any gap between the dates of two forms.

11 October 2014 Sir I am not getting you here...

I will take termination with my present employer on 17th october - tat is exactly 7 months completion of my articleship...

and i'm travelling to mumbai on 18th to search for vacancy... what i think is it will take atleast 2-3 days to get a vacancy there....

so if i take 22nd october as date of articleship stamping with next employer in mumbai.....

when should i send form 109 and form 102, 103...

I am talking about gap between 17th october to 22 nd october here... will it affect my articleship leave ....

please suggest....

11 October 2014 the gap between 17th to 22nd wont affect your attempt

further, why not first find the firm in Mumbai and then sign form 109
