Secondment of articled assistant vs industrial training

dearsir/mam can anyone differentiate btw secondment and industrial training? ?? when can we do secondment ???? can I do both at a time???

you can do secondment any time, whereas industrial can be done only in last 12 months of the articleship
secondment can be done only with other CA firms (i believe so) whereas industrial training is done with a company (there is a recognized list of companies which are allowed to take articles for industrial training) You may refer to http://icai.org/post.html?post_id=823
How will you do both at the same time?? either you are doing industrial training or secondment. But not simultaneously. At any given point of time you can have only one principal.
