What are the benefits in respect of second home loan availed from bank. I already have 1 home loan where I am availing interest and principal and 80 c benefit

If second home is let out you can claim 100% interest paid on rented premises. Principal Subject to maximum 80C i.e. 150000/-
06 January 2017
if Both House is self Occupied then At the Option of Assessee you have to select one house as Let Out.
