Can I Claim Sec80 D Benefit for medidical Insurance remiited by through my wife's A/c for a policy in our family name as reciept was isuued in her name by bankers while filing my returns.Please note she is not claiming this benefit as she is not a tax payee.

Yes. it can be claimed under any one of the family person name.
