07 January 2011 Can any one tell me the date of enforcement of penalty @rs.200/- per day u/s 76 of Service tax for delayed payment.

07 January 2011 It starts after due date. (i.e. if you are paying through online then your liability starts from 7th day of the month otherwise 6th day of the month till the date of actual payment)
